Our clients, typically medium sized properties, rely on our many years of professional experience in administering their management needs. Our office is centrally located in Green Bay, WI with our clients in a 60 mile range of that location.

We have been in the professional property management business in this area for over 20 years with over 30 years of professional experience. Our management portfolio includes WHEDA Section 8 housing, HUD housing, apartments, commercial buildings, condominiums and homeowner associations.

Our philosophy is to provide professional management services keeping in mind both the needs of the owner and the needs of the tenants. Communication is our most important tool.
